Our online payments are processed by WorldPay.  We will commence processing of your order once WorldPay confirms your payment.

Dispute and Refund
In the event of dispute, please contact us via email us at info@myphotoideas.com.

If the complaint is justified, the remedy shall be limited to producing the ordered product again.  If there has been a quality issue, MyPhoto Ideas shall, at its sole discretion, decide to either reproduce the product or give a refund.

Any justified complaints regarding our services or the quality of the products shall be made within seven days after you received the product.
