Order acceptance
All orders are accepted and handled in accordance with the conditions below. By using the MyPhoto Creator software, the customer is deemed to accept these terms & conditions.
After fulfilling the order, the file provided by the customer shall be stored on our server for one month. This is to enable the customer to order further copies of the album at a later stage

Copyright
The customer is responsible for the contents of the submitted file. MyPhoto Ideas does not accept responsibility for the contents of the file.

MyPhoto Ideas assumes that the copyright in the file is held by the customer. The customer bears sole responsibility for unauthorised use of protected data.  When ordering and, where relevant, distributing the printed products the customer shall strictly observe the laws of the relevant country. 

Use of Software
MyPhoto Creator software may only be used to compose a photo book or one of the other offered products and then place an order.  The customer is not allowed to decompile the software, undertake, cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of derivative works, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or hacking of the software.

Liability
MyPhoto Ideas shall not accept liability for damage or loss of the uploaded files.  MyPhoto Ideas emphasises that the quality of the prints in the albums ordered will never be better than is to be expected on the basis of what the customer sees on his/her computer monitor when using the MyPhoto Creator.  MyPhoto Ideas's liability is limited to any production errors clearly attributable to it.

Delivery time
All orders are completed within seven working days. Delayed delivery shall never be a reason for cancellation of the order or compensation

Guarantee
Any justified complaints regarding our services or the quality of the products shall be made within seven days after you received the product.   

If the complaint is justified, the remedy shall be limited to producing the ordered product again.  If there has been a quality issue, MyPhoto Ideas shall, at its sole discretion, decide to either reproduce the product or give a refund.
